There were 4 local competitors who took home medals
Four local competitors brought home medals from the New Jersey Special Olympics Summer Games over the weekend at the College of New Jersey in Ewing Township.
Meghan Mann, 29-year-old from Phillipsburg, won gold in the 100-meter walk and silver in the 50-meter run.
Raymond Patt, 37 of Phillipsburg, won silver medals in the 100 and the 400-meter walks.
Charlie Bowlby, 63 of Phillipsburg, earned silver in the 100-meter run and bronze in the 400 walk.
Justin Reynolds, 33 of Hope Township, won bronze in the 200-meter run and took fourth place in the 100.
