Two men face criminal mischief and related charges, while a woman is charged with conspiracy in the incidents.
Washington Township, Warren County, police say they charged three people after responding to reports of tires punctured in the township and Washington Borough.
The criminal mischief incidents were reported about 7 a.m. Aug. 10, with reports of more than $2,000 worth of tires damaged, township police said Sunday.
An investigation led to the arrests of Jacob Drake, 21, of Phillipsburg, and 18-year-old Brandon Lubold and 20-year-old Nicole Cameron-Kappes, both of Washington, according to police.
Drake and Lubold are charged with criminal mischief, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a knife, burglary, tampering with evidence and conspiracy.

Cameron-Kappes was charged with conspiracy.
All three were released with a municipal court date.
