Check your smoke detectors, too.
It's that time again.
Clocks roll back an hour at 2 a.m. Sunday as Daylight Saving Time comes to an end and we return to Eastern Standard Time.
Daylight Saving Time returns the second Sunday of March.
As you get ready to change the clocks in your home, safety officials recommend checking the batteries in your smoke detectors. While you're at it, check the manufacture date, too -- smoke and carbon monoxide detectors more than 10 years old should be replaced.
"Technology is constantly changing and we all need to update our devices to ensure they are current and operate properly," New Jersey state Fire Marshal William Kramer Jr. said in a news release.
